Even though, Myanmar Tourex has carefully selected its suppliers and also regular maintainace done to its own verhicles, sometime, you may face of unpredictable car borken down - especially for the highway trip between Bagan-Kalaw due because of the bad road conditions. You may also face a problem of broken air-condition system during the trip especially in summer time from March to May where the average temperature is around 43 degree celcious. In this kind of situation and circumstances, Myanmar Tourex will replace a new car immediately we were informed by the guide or car driver. But, it may result a few hours delay to your schedule and/or you may miss some parts of the your itinerary. Of course, we will try to replace the miss itinerary with an alternative if time available. If not we will compensate back the costs of the sightseeing part that you missed.
